It’s not compulsory for everyone to use conditioner, you may not require conditioner if you have greasy hair. Conditioner will only add on the oiliness to your hair and will leave the hair flat. SO, so can skip conditioning hair if you have a oily hair, instead go for a nourishing hair pack- that would be a better idea.

Trimming your hair makes it grow faster
Fact:
Trimming your hairs at a regular interval is a great idea because by doing so you will get rid of split ends. But if you thought it will speed up your hair growth, or it will make your hair stronger. Then SORRY, nothing of that sort is going to happen with your hair.

Shampoo and conditioner are has a different role to be performed. While shampoo is meant to clean the hairs and conditioner replenishes the lost moisture in your hair. So you must always buy a separate shampoo and conditioner for better results.

Henna is good for hair.
Fact:
Most of the henna powders which are available in the market have harsh chemicals in it; these chemicals are not good for your hairs that can leave your hair dehydrated, dry and lifeless. It’s better to use a paste of fresh henna leaves.

Oil massage is good for scalp as it increases blood circulation of the scalp, but leaving the hair on for long is not good as oil restricts oxygen to hair leading to hair fall.

A good shampoo gives you a lot of lather.
Fact:
Lather has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the shampoo. Shampoos with less lathering agents may still give you equally clean hair.

Hair becomes immune to the same shampoo.
Fact:
There is no scientific evidence to prove that shampoo gets ineffective over the time. If you are using a shampoo that suits you and gives you the desired results, there’s no reason why it will stop working.
